At Yonge & Eist Agency, I helped onboard The Mindfulness Centre, led by Dr. Stephan Treyvaud, and build its social media strategy from the ground up. I contributed to pitching our strategic direction to the client and developing a content plan aligned with the brand’s therapeutic and educational focus.

My responsibilities included content creation, caption and hashtag strategy, video editing using AI caption tools, scheduling, and ongoing client communication. I developed and scheduled two months of forward-planned content to ensure a seamless transition following my departure.
